You do NOT want to miss it.
It costs £40 for the whole weekend... including... transport (on a state of the art COACH)... accommodation in the LOVELY Quinta severn lodge, ALL your food... altho it'd be nice for you to bring some cakes with you too!... FAB entertainment... inter-CU football match.... fab training from the man EDDIE ROBERTS... and seminars from our well loved staff and relay worker. AND...... oh yes... AND a CAMPFIRE... and general fun and frivolities....
there's some things money can't buy... memories....friendships...
.... for everything else.... there's the £40 you HAVE TO PAY!
we need a £10 deposit from everyone who wants to come by 6th November so we can be sure people are actually going to come and so we can buy food and everything before we get there! The other £30 needs to be paid by 20th November at the ABSOLUTE... (and i mean ABSOLUTE) latest so we'll be able to pay the bus people and the lovely quinta people on the 21st.
Also... you HAVE to be a member of the CU to be able to come so that you're covered by our insurance. Sorry but that does mean another £5....not imposed by us we hasten to add... it's the same for all societies. You need to see Rachel or Heather to sort that out asap!
